General Rules

• No smoking allowed in the playroom.
• No pyrotechnics allowed.
• No pets allowed in the studio.
• Eating and drinking on the play area are strictly prohibited—use the designated kitchen snack area.
• Outerwear should be left in the cloakroom.
• Only indoor shoes or socks are allowed inside the studio.
• Children with special needs must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The child, or their parent/guardian, is responsible for the child’s behavior.
• Parents must supervise how children handle studio property. The playroom reserves the right to charge for any damages.

Dear Guests!

For cleaning and disinfection before each party, please vacate the rooms on time. Late departures over 10 minutes will incur a fee of € 10. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cleaning Rules

After your event, please clean up: dispose of disposable tableware and trash in designated bins and wipe table surfaces.
If you used our dishes, wash, dry, and return them.
If you prefer not to clean, you can book our post-event cleaning service for € 45.
Use of confetti or party poppers incurs an additional € 60 cleaning fee.

Safety

The renter of the playroom is fully responsible for the safety and well-being of children during the event. We have taken all possible safety measures to ensure the protection of you and your children.
